LHC Architect Design Services Framework

Cullinan Studio appointed to Southwark Council’s ground-breaking public sector framework.

We are delighted to have been appointed to three lots in Southwark Council’s ground-breaking architectural services framework, administered by LHC and  accessible to any contracting authority in London. 

The new  Architect Design Services (ADS) Framework aims to promote innovation through design and to develop a framework appointing architects of all sizes and experience committed to creating good quality public sector design.

We have been appointed to the following lots:

  • Masterplanning and feasibility

  • Education, social care and community projects (£5M to £20M)

  • New homes (£10M+)
