Beth Lyle

Practice Manager

Beth has a deep interest in how organisations function. Viewing organisations as eco-systems, she is fascinated by the cadence of energy, growth, and periods of recovery. Beth has a broad role at Cullinan Studio, which touches on how we work, financial management, operations, and culture. She enjoys pulling together all the strands of a business, to create coherent strategies which enable growth and refinement that align with values and culture. Enabling and encouraging change that has high social buy-in, is something she consistently strives for.

Her master’s thesis examined the impact of hybrid working on organisational belonging. It highlighted the physicality of belonging, and presented steps that could be taken to counteract the potentially negative effect remote working at scale can have on feelings of organisational belonging. There is a desire to revisit this topic, now that large-scale hybrid working has been in operation for a longer period of time.

Outside of work, Beth runs around after her two active children, and is part of a choir, which provides a strong sense of local community. Beth mentors a range of individuals and organisations as they grow and scale, learning from diverse advisory boards along the way. She is sustainability lead for a local primary school, and enjoys hearing the children’s ideas around the positive changes they want to see.
