As head of operations and impact, Beth has a broad role across the studio. At the heart of this role is ensuring Cullinan Studio runs effectively so it can provide services efficiently, whilst fostering an inclusive, caring and positive workplace environment. This includes responsibility for Cullinan’s financial reporting and compliance, internal operations, people policies and environmental standards.

Impact within Cullinan involves how we define and measure the effect our operations and projects have on the environment and communities we engage with. But it runs deeper. It’s about understanding the influence that social connection and the incorporation of natural systems can have on us as we navigate our daily lives.

Bringing operations and impact into one role allows Beth to have a sincerely holistic overview of the practice, providing opportunities for strategic review and advice. It also ensures our values and principles are truly embedded in our daily operations, interactions and end products.
