Charlotte Chow

Architectural Assistant

Charlotte joined the studio as a Part 1 Assistant in 2025 and is continuing her Master's with the support of Cullinan Studio on the Collaborative Practice course at the University of Nottingham.

Charlotte brings her interest in the role of the built environment in shaping collective action and community resilience. In her academic work, she investigates design as a tool for empowerment and transformation. She has since carried this passion into practice, working on public sector projects ranging from retrofit to new-build. She has gained experience across design stages, working closely on both residential, infrastructure, education and community-focused schemes.

She has supported the design and coordination of the recladding of four high-rise residential blocks and a new Energy Centre at Harvist Estate in Islington to provide an energy-efficient home for the community. She has also participated in the development of the housing regeneration project for London Borough of Ealing.

In addition to her practice and academic work, Charlotte is a guest reviewer at the undergraduate studio unit, supporting students through tutorials and reviews, and bringing her passion in materiality, circular economy, and sustainable design practice to their project development.
