Dylan Fardon

Architectural Assistant

Dylan joined Cullinan Studio in 2025, bringing experience across projects of varying scales, from school extensions to stadiums. He believes local co-design is the best strategy for ensuring low-impact buildings with long-term community benefits.

He studied at the Sheffield School of Architecture where his thesis focused on social outreach in damaged natural landscapes with a proposal for a Peak District Peatland Restoration Centre.

His interest in our impact on natural environments encouraged him to volunteer with the University of Edinburgh and the Scottish Ecological Design Association, organising events around Edinburgh on low-impact design and building community projects using cob construction. Dylan currently volunteers for Retrofit Action for Tomorrow, engaging with students and staff in the retrofit co-design of South London schools.

Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys swimming, illustration, and playing music in his band.
