Dylan joined Cullinan Studio in 2025, bringing experience across projects of varying scales, from education to sports. He believes local co-design is the best strategy for ensuring neighbourhood-health and supports retrofit education as a volunteer for Retrofit Action For Tomorrow in South-East London schools.

He helped the team achieve Gateway 2 approval for the housing recladding at Stonebridge Hillside, Brent, for Hyde Housing for which Cullinan Studio acted as Building Regulations and CDM Principal Designer.

On the Harvist Estate social housing retrofit, Dylan collaborated closely with the client, Islington Council, and the estate community to create a design based on public engagement whilst being mindful of the maintenance, resident disruption and budgetary requirements of the client.

His work on Harvist Estate also included environmental building analysis using the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) which has allowed the client to understand the most efficient aspects of the building to upgrade.

This facts-led and collaborative approach to design underpins the studio’s work and their commitment to design as a social act.
